Is there a trick to get them to work then? I tried an aftermarket plane and while some of the controls worked, not all of them did (don't remember which ones now). Are there files that need to be copied to the aftermarket file folders?

I was under the impression that the steam gauge pack only worked with default X-Plane 12 planes. Am I wrong? If so, I would love to use them for a Piper 140 I bought :)

This was for X-Plane 12 (full release, no beta). Anyway, not sure which fix 'fixed' my issue, but it's working now. I believe it was the 'reset to default' that eventually did the trick, even though I was sure I had tried that before. All good now, so thanks!

OK, I have a GNS 530 which sat disconnected for the last few months. I replaced it with a friends GTN 750 from RealSimGear so I could practice using that one for my instrument training. I've since removed to GTN 750 and have gone back to my 530, but I'm noticing not all buttons are working...

Anyone notice that the VOR knobs are reversed? Meaning, the left button controls the center VOR and the right button controls the left one.

Really, doesn't FSB monitor this forum? Seems like it should be an easy question to answer and a pretty easy fix.

I did that several times, no effect. I also noticed something odd. When the X-Plane launcher is running, and I hover over the taskbar icon, I see two, one for the launcher and another for C172 gauges. Notice he one for the gauges has the blue FSB logo like I see on the MSFS one? I tried it...

I have tried 'configure again', all it does is changed color from green to blue and does not appear to do anything. I don't recall seeing an option to 'install again' in the launcher, but I can certainly run the installer again. On that note, /I have a question. I also have the GNS530 device...
