Steam gauges buttons 2024

SOme buttons do not move some gauges in 2024. True airspeed calibration and attitude indicator knob dont work on the panels. They do seem to work in the aircraft on the sim but dont do anything for the steam gauges panels. This does work on 2020. Whats going on? Its definately not an issue on the sim as it does work on the sim as i mentioned. The actual gauges on the steam gauges do work. It works for the course indicators, heading indicator as well. Do we need a new update from you guys?

I still have not got mine to work in X-Plane. They do work in MSFS 2020. With me, I start up the launcher (V13) and it tells me the sim is started (it does, comes up fine), but at the lower right it says sim connection:waiting. My gauges show up but are just static displays and none of the buttons do anything. One of the suggestions I had heard was in the appdata/local folder, check for the x_plane_12_install file and make sure you are pointing to the correct x-plane install path (mine is).

Do you have the latest beta for xplane 12? Also do you have the latest boost update for steam gauges from the launcher?

Also tjat happened to me earlier. What i did was xplane was running. I closed the launcher and launched it again. Then it worked

I do not use X-Plane beta releases; however, I am on the latest release which just came out today. I downloaded the launcher from the website last week when I received the gauges. It is version 1.13.0.

Like you, use fs 2024 and can't use buttons? any idea?
I posted this fix for me in another topic, but here goes: In X-Plane, under Network, there is an option to allow/disable incoming traffic. Mine was set to 'disable'. Once I enabled that the launcher showed connected, and the gauges came to life. That said, everything seemed to function perfectly in the Cessna 172 model. However, in one of my non-Laminar planes (Piper Cherokee), the gauges seem to work fine (all except the turn coordinator) and none of the knobs have any effect. I'm guessing there is some configuration file that can be copied over to those planes?
