Hi everyone,
I've been experiencing an issue with the backlight on the buttons of my FlightSimBuilder G1000. Some buttons are much brighter than others, while some are barely illuminated. This problem started recently, and I haven't been able to find a solution.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
The problem affects both the PFD and MFD modules, but not the audio panel, which is evenly illuminated.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on what else I could try to fix it?

- Reinstalled the firmware
- Checked that the dimmer knob is set to maximum brightness
- Unplugged and reconnected all power, USB, and HDMI cables
