What simulator and airplane are you using?

If you can't pop out windows in MSFS, it's a known MSFS bug and you can try this https://flightsimbuilder.com/pages/flight-simulator-bugs-known-issues-page but given all of the issues you've been having with MSFS, I would do a clean install...

Are you still using it with Honeycomb Bravo? Did you try it in another sim like X-Plane? You can also always send a G1000 to us to test to make sure there is no issues with the hardware (email request to [email protected]) but based on your details it's very unlikely.

No worries, can you send a screenshot of the launcher while you are in the sim trying to use the unit? Please also let us know what airplane you are using.

This is a really cool setup! This way it looks like it work fine with just one G1000 unit. Great thinking!

Thank you! Yes, the native avionics both steam gauges and glass starter pack will be rolled out to the gen 1 G1000s. It's not as comprehensive as pop out G1000 Nxi for example but if we see enough interest, it's definitely something we can continue to develop.

Hi, once you click on "Select FW" it will open the folder which contains the firmware. You can also manually to navigate it, it's in the Launcher folder usually here C:\Program Files (x86)\FlightSimBuilder Launcher\firmware
