Was that a yes to my question if you were able to get the buttons/knows to work? If yes, let's share the steps you took. So far, I am very disappointed. I emailed support twice already, and I haven't received a response.

If you have access to a 3D printer, I would go this route.

Yes, I had no problem; they rest on top of the frame, rather than inserting them. There is zero documentation on this, which is very disappointing.

I guess my eyes are not the best anymore, v1.16 is the more recent version, read 1.20, instead of 1.2.0. Anyway, I am back on 1.16, which launches without issues, and it connects to the SIM just fine, but still no buttons/knows work.
