I see that the FSB advanced panel is no longer shown on the panel page. Given the acquisition of FV, will that panel still be offered in the future? Furthermore, will there be other options coming down the line as well?

Looking at the way the new panels are constructed and assembled, you could probably buy either one, and then use the front faceplate as a template to cut your own to fit whatever avionics, switches, or controls you'd like to use. I'm hoping that the faceplate will be swappable without too much...
