G1000 unit controls do not respond

Hi There, I have problem with the G1000 suite units.
Both screens Pop out nicely, but the physical hardware switches no longer react! Although they worked before.
This is annoying, because I can no longer set up any procedure , no autopilot, heading select etc. etc.
Any of you had this problem also?

Found the problem ! In the MSFS2024 I found in the settings a control function that probably accidentally was activated. After I deleted this function everything worked fine.

I am having the same issue. My buttons and knobs are no longer working or responding. I am able to pop out fine and everything. Just no response from button controls. What setting did you fix to make your G1000's work again?
 
None of my control button are working.I have download the most recent version on flightsim B Hub v1.24.0 run mfs 2024. any ideas?
 
Hi DT, that’s exactly what I did too.
My Problem was that the Honeycomb flight controls where overriding the G1000.
In the Sim settings i deleted the Honeycomb heading function, thatvworked for me. That’s all i can Tell you🙏

Can you walk us through how to do that? I never set up anything custom for the Honeycomb alpha or bravo.
 
Yes, I tried the troubleshooting all the way to the end. That prompted the email to FSB that said support would be in contact soon.
 
Update. FSB told me to do the Troubleshooting steps on the site...obviously I already did them which is how they received my email at the end of them. SMDH...then they told me to change my aircraft and relaunch the FSB WASM. I did that too, no luck. I still have no function in any buttons on my new G1000 screens. I can pop out, just no functionality. Customer service sucks. Very slow and not helpful.
 
Update...no phone number to speak with a tech support line with FSB...annoying considering the $2k price tag for the g1000 suite set up. I am now connected with the Flight Sim Coach people who FSB uses to troubleshoot. They charge $100 per hour of troubleshooting advice. Ridiculous. Its a shame that FSB can't provide any support other than the automated troubleshooting screen. That sucks. I wouldn't have purchased this unit from them had I known the support was this bad and expensive.
