I have all the cables connected, every time I start the launcher I get a message "no devices found" I do have The background from my home page displayed on both of my G1000 screens.

Hi Ron, it means the USB cable is either not connected or some issues with USB port or a cable. Please make sure you connect the USB cable to PC and if connected, try another port. You can also open windows joystick controller and make sure once connected you see FlightSimBuilder G1000 PFD or MFD

I made some changes, and I am still having problems. The flightsim launcher sees my equipment and I pop both screens into the G1000. both screens show direction of travel and engine information, I can't use any of the nobs and range or auto pilot. if I use the screens inside of the simulation ie heading alt. autopilot that information is shown correctly in the G1000.

No worries, can you send a screenshot of the launcher while you are in the sim trying to use the unit? Please also let us know what airplane you are using.

every time I start the launcher a message pops up that tells me it needs to be upgraded. Even though I up graded it last time. Then it tells me it's already upgraded. but it still doesn't run completely. none of the nobs and switches work. If go into the flight simulator and make changes to the autopilot it changes on the g1000. I am spending too much time trying to get this stuff working. please help or tell me how to return this equipment?
