G3X .. how realistic is it?

I apologize if this has already been discussed. I searched prior to posting this and didn't see any results so, I'm asking.

How realistic is the G3X supposed to be in MSFS 2024? My displays look great, the touchscreen works for some functionality but, not for all functionality that a real Garmin G3X has. For instance, the Garmin G3X will allow you to touch an airport on the screen and then it will display all the information about that airport. When I do that on the G1000 running as a G3X, although you can see it registers your touch on the screen, it will not display any information for that airport.

Is it supposed to? If not, is that an issue with MSFS 2024 or, the drivers for the G1000 panel?

Hello,I see you are using MSFS 2024. Im having trouble with the flightsimbuilder Hud not connecting to the sim.
if you are using the same HUB ,can your share on how it connects. its working fine on my MSFS 2020. but not on the 24.
