GNS 530 Screen will not Power On

I have submitted a ticket to FSB, but looking for any additional guidance. The device in question has all cables in the back. I have confirmed that the power supply is delivering 12v DC, the USB connection is recognized in the FSB launcher as a GNS 530 and that LED mode can be enabled (based on button push and corresponding lights on the side of the device). I received this device second hand so I am unsure if this is damage, a defect, or improper installation. Any advice would be appreciated

I have reviewed the instructions but they do address the issue of the screen NOT powering on. Is there any technical support that I can work with?

So - fun update. I was able to secure part # ZJ050NA-08C a 5in TFT screen. Turns out it was teh screen that failed as this replacement fixed the issue. Posting here in case anyone has a device that is too outdated for warranty service but would like a way to get it up and running. Found the part on Ebay.
