✨ Big News for X-Plane Pilots! ✨
The latest Hub update (released September 2, 2025) unlocks even more realism and flexibility in your FlightSimBuilder G1000 simulator:

  • Multi-Profile Support – Easily switch between:
    • G1000 PFD/MFD
    • Steam Gauges (Simple & Complex)
    • TDS GTN 750
  • Touchscreen Configuration – TNxi users can now customize their setup directly in the X-Plane Hub.

Getting started is simple: launch the Hub in X-Plane and accept the update to activate these powerful new features.

I would like to see the bezel controls (HDG, ALT, CRS, AP, etc.) work independently as hardware inputs even when the display itself is showing custom Air Manager panels. That way you could still control heading, baro, and autopilot functions without needing to rely on the mouse or Knobster on generic aircraft.

The last couple of updates (adding the ability to switch between gauges) have caused most of the soft keys to become inop and those that do work show on the opposite display. Uninstalling the Hub and reinstalling V1.14.4 corrects the problem. I am using the FSB G1000 suite.

It looks like you have the units swapped. Please check the instructions but here is how to swap it.

Note: If you’ve already placed two units and need one to function as the PFD and the other as the MFD, but the configuration sets them up in reverse, you can simply click the “swap” icon between PFD and MFD to switch their positions.

Administrator: If a software down-grade fixes the problem, then the hardware must have the correct PFD MFD assignment, no?

I started a thread about the keys not working / working on the other display.
I even worked out that swapping the USB cables around, restarting the Hub software, resolved my issues.

Yesterday I booted X-plane, after the Hub updated to v19. My screens were swapped again.

Today I find my thread deleted.

Why does the Hub not respect the hardware config? Why is there a 'reverse' button - why 2 ways to set PFD/MDF - is it because someone has spotted a bug and this swap button is a work-around?

Please check the instructions. If you are using the new Hub, there is no need to swap on unit, you simply select the profile you need https://flightsimbuilder.com/pages/flightsimbuilder-g1000-instructions
