Updated to the new Hub (running Windows 11) and got the attached message which stayed on my screen for about 3 seconds then turned off. Had to run several times so I could read the message (had to screenshot to read it). Didn't really understand the message but tried to do what I thought it required with the joystick setting in XP12. That didn't work. went back to reload the launcher/hub and got the same 3 second message. Tried to delete the launcher and reload and got another error message. Tried to load the older version - same message. Now I'm DOA with the launcher/hub and unable to use the product. What do i need to do to get up and running and use the new feature?
