Hello Wiskey Bravo, at 57 Im just beginning my FlightSim journey but I am building my sim pit around 3 aircraft. Both the Cirrus and the Airbus. What makes the new touchscreens a better choice for the G1000's?

The reason I'm upgrading to touchscreen G1000s is so that they can also be used as G3000 and G3x. I'm also waiting for FSB to release the GTN750 which is also touch enabled.

That may not help much on the Airbus or Boeing side of things, but so many smaller aircraft use the Garmin line of avionics that the G1000 TNxi is an obvious choice for me.
