Still No Resolution – Missing Items & No Response from Support

I am posting here again because my emails to FlightSimBuilder support have gone unanswered.

  • I received my hardware on August 6, 2025, and only received a partial delivery.
  • The audio panel bracket and USB cable were missing. I reported this, and support asked me to confirm the missing items, which I did — but nothing has been shipped since.
  • I also worked with tech support, who confirmed my hardware is malfunctioning. Their only response was that I should send it back, but they have not provided an advance replacement or even a prepaid return label.
  • I have emailed support multiple times. The forum administrator claimed they “reached out,” but I have not received any replies from support (and I’ve checked my Junk folder). At the same time, I continue to receive other email messages from the same domain.
At this point, I have been waiting for a resolution for over seven weeks, and support has been nonexistent. I paid for a complete product, and I still don’t have all the items I purchased.

I am posting here because email alone has not been effective, and other customers deserve to be informed about these ongoing issues.
