If you have detached it before and then changed the monitors (the addition monitor on the gns530 ) layout location under "Display settings" then MSFS2024 is putting it back in the same location even though no screen is in that location.
Fix One:
Drag the second screen (Could be the small GNS530's screen) to where you think it was originally then, hold right alt and click the window in the cockpit to ensure the window is popped out, then go to the second window the one you moved to where you think you last had the screen when you popped it out, then make sure you click somewhere on that screen to make it the active window and then Hold alt and hit enter. keep moving the second window about under "Display settings" till the popped out window full screens.
Fix Two:
Download MSFS Pop Out Panel Manager 2024 and this will find the panel you have popped out and lost.
